We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our Food and Beverage team as a Seasonal Food Attendant. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy working in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, where no two days are the same.

About the Role:

  • Prepare and serve a range of food and beverage items whilst maintaining a high level of food safety, quality and presentation.
  • Work effectively within a team environment or independently as required.
  • Provide exceptional guest service focus and communication skills.

You'll bring:

  • A valid Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is essential.
  • Full availability to work alternating shifts from 7am until 7pm any day of the week including school holidays and public holidays.
  • The ability to work night shifts as required.
  • A fun and positive working attitude.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional guest service focus and communication skills.
  • Excellent grooming standards and a commitment to follow food and beverage personal presentation requirements.
  • Willingness to work in a variety of food outlets including bars, kitchens and outdoors on our mobile carts.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, retail or customer service and a comprehensive knowledge of cash handling will be highly regarded.
