Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively within a team setting or independently as required.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to a diverse range of guests.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items while upholding high standards of food safety, quality, and presentation.
  • FOLLOW workplace hygiene procedures and health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems with accurate cash handling and stock control.
Requirements:
  • A valid Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is mandatory.
  • Full availability to work alternating shifts from 7am until 7pm any day of the week, including school holidays and public holidays.
  • Ability to work night shifts as needed.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional guest service focus and communication skills.
  • Excellent grooming standards and a commitment to following food and beverage personal presentation requirements.
  • Willingness to work in various food outlets, including bars, kitchens, and outdoors on mobile carts.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service and a comprehensive knowledge of cash handling are highly regarded.
