Senior Hospitality Operations Manager

This is a key role in our company's success, requiring an individual with excellent leadership and customer service skills. The Corporate Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our corporate catering and client services, ensuring that all clients receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, managing staff, developing menus, quoting for meetings and events, and coordinating logistics. A passion for food and hospitality is essential, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
- 4+ years management experience working in a 5-star hotel, corporate environment, or premium caterer.
- 4+ years experiences in banqueting, conferencing or events
- Experience working in and leading a kitchen team
- Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate with clients, suppliers, chefs and wait staff
- Exceptional level of attention to detail, organised and administration skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
- An energetic, positive personality with a passion for the industry
