Responsibilities include:
Managing and mentoring the hospitality and support services team.
Overseeing all aspects of food service, including menu planning, food quality, and resident satisfaction.
Maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the facility.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and aged care regulations.
Compensation:
Base rate of$40 per hour, plus superannuation.

Key Requirements:
Diploma of Hospitality Management
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening Check
Influenza Vaccination
Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager, preferably in a healthcare or aged care setting.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
