Leading Hospitality Operations

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our hospitality operations across multiple sites. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing medium to large-scale food service and facilities management, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage site operations, overseeing food service, facilities management, and safety protocols.
- Lead by example, inspiring and supporting teams of chefs and facilities staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Build strong relationships with clients and residents, managing expectations with professionalism and care.
- Drive continuous improvement across hard and soft FM services, including cleaning, maintenance, and asset management.
- Proven experience in hospitality or facilities environments, with a focus on leadership and operational expertise.
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- A commercial mindset with experience in financial reporting and contract management.
- A track record of delivering profitable business outcomes and superior service levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and act decisively.
- A commitment to safety, with in-depth knowledge of health and safety standards and HACCP.
