Senior Hospitality Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Hospitality Operations Manager to lead our teams across multiple Australian locations. The role involves managing all housekeeping operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of housekeeping operations, including staff management, recruitment, and performance development.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain compliance with industry awards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Diploma in hospitality management or related field.
- At least two years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager, preferably in 4 or 5-star hotels.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Flexible to work on a rotating roster.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Excellent organizational skills and experience in staff management, recruitment, and performance development.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and staff training.
Benefits:
