Hospitality Operations Manager

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic leader to oversee the delivery of exceptional guest experiences in high-volume venues.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in hospitality leadership, with experience in fast-paced environments and a proven track record of success.
- Lead and inspire teams to deliver outstanding service and exceed customer expectations
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure all service areas are set up, maintained, and guest-ready at all times
- Provide hands-on service, showcasing barista and bartending skills across bars and dining areas
- Be well-versed in daily menu offerings, offer recommendations, and accommodate dietary needs
Requirements:
- Hospitality leadership experience in fast-paced, volume-driven venues
- Approved Manager Card
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- Food Safety certificate
- Skilled in bar operations, including cocktail preparation
- Well-versed in coffee making or with barista experience
- Experience in cash handling
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
