We're currently looking for a Field Sales Manager to join our Independent NSW Sales Team in a full-time position. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for motivating and inspiring your people to deliver exceptional results and grow our sales base.


Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead all aspects of driving sales results through the field sales team
  • Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with team members
  • Drive incremental sales initiatives and grow the existing sales base
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with major customers
  • Manage weekly sales reporting and coordinate State Sales/Ops meetings
  • Ensure responsible use of company resources

What We're Looking For:


The ideal candidate will possess:



  • Demonstrated experience as a Sales manager at a State level
  • High-level commercial acumen and awareness
  • Product knowledge in Garden/Home & Landscaping Hardware consumer products
  • Experience with Salesforce, superior influencing and expert negotiation skills, and strong Team Management skills
  • Sound decision-making and results-driven mindset
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft products and other information systems
