About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Educational Leader to join our management team at Busy Bees at Everton Hills. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the learning environment and ensuring the highest quality care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
  • Lead and mentor a team of educators, fostering a culture of professional reflection and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Service management to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated with sector changes.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent as recognized by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).
  • A current and valid Working With Children Check.
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record as an effective leader or mentor in an early childhood setting.
