Lead the Way in Early Childhood Education

Busy Bees at Everton Hills is seeking a visionary Educational Leader to spearhead our educational programs and foster a culture of excellence in early childhood education.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard.
  • Lead a team of educators, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with families, children, and the broader community.
  • Collaborate with the Service management to drive success and achieve excellence in early childhood education.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent as recognized by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).
  • Current and valid Working With Children Check.
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.

Desirable Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proven track record as an effective leader or mentor in an early childhood setting.
  • Understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.
  • Ability to use Storypark for documentation, communication, and planning.
