About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Educational Leader to join our management team at Busy Bees at Everton Hills. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and ensuring the highest quality care for our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of our children.
- Lead and mentor a team of educators to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.
- Collaborate with the service management to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Standard and the Education and Care Services National Law.
- Build strong relationships with families and the broader community.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Current and valid Working With Children Check.
- First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
