Senior Payroll Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Systems Analyst to join our payroll team.
Responsibilities:- Develop test strategies and plans in line with project requirements and ensure achievement of deliverables.
- Ensure up-to-date knowledge of compliance is applied with relevant legislative, regulatory and policy requirements.
- Contribute to the review, update and testing of payroll, workforce management and award interpretation systems.
- Support the delivery of end to end payroll processing to deliver accurate and timely payments to employees.
- Proven experience in complex end to end payroll processing, quality assurance testing or software testing.
- Experience in payroll systems (**TechOne desirable**), including system enhancements and improvements.
- Knowledge of Awards, workplace agreements and relevant legislation relating to terms and conditions of employment for payroll (highly desirable)
- Qualifications in IT, Business Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources (desirable)
- Proven customer service skills, attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
