We're seeking a seasoned Payroll Manager to oversee all aspects of payroll administration for a large workforce. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing complex payroll cycles with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring every employee is paid correctly and on time.

  • With extensive experience in managing end-to-end payroll processes for medium-to-large organisations using modern payroll software (Chris21, SAP, Micropay), you will bring substantial hands-on expertise to this role.
  • You will possess excellent attention to detail combined with strong organisational skills that enable you to manage multiple priorities effectively under tight deadlines.

In addition to core payroll duties, you will play an integral part in supporting your finance colleagues during busy periods or absences, helping create a dependable team environment.

Key Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end payroll processes for medium-to-large organisations using modern payroll software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to interpret Awards and employee agreements accurately when processing pay or resolving queries.
  • Familiarity with work health & safety legislation as it applies within an office environment; ability to adhere strictly to WHS policies and procedures.
