We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team at SS&C Technologies Holdings. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions predominantly across Australia, with the ability to support across the wider APAC region where necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop strategic recruiting plans, and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

About the Role
  • Talent Strategy Development: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce needs, develop recruitment strategies, and establish talent pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Sourcing and Outreach: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to identify and engage high-potential candidates.
  • Screening and Selection: Conduct initial candidate screenings, assess qualifications and cultural fit, and provide recommendations to hiring managers. Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including panel interviews and assessment centres if applicable.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining regular communication, providing feedback, and fostering an inclusive hiring environment.
  • Data and Metrics: Track and analyse key recruitment metrics (time to fill, cost per hire, source of hire, etc.) and provide insights to improve processes and strategies.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives by representing the company at job fairs, university events, and through digital channels.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Maintain accurate records of all candidate data and recruitment activities.
  • Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on market trends, candidate availability, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Your Experience
  • Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related field.
  • Experience in Financial Services or FinTech is preferred.
  • Experience in recruiting across APAC is preferred.
  • Experience with recruitment tools.
  • Experience in Workday is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
