Role Overview

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant with CSG Talent, you will be responsible for generating new business while supporting existing clients. You will conduct headhunting campaigns to identify talent from client competitors, engage in networking and referral campaigns to attract passive and active candidates, and proactively find suitable candidates on LinkedIn, Seek Talent, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and identify new business while supporting existing clients
  • Conduct headhunting campaigns to identify talent from client competitors
  • Support with talent strategy services such as talent pipeline, salary surveys, and diversity and inclusion
  • Engage in networking and referral campaigns to attract passive and active candidates
  • Proactively find suitable candidates on LinkedIn, Seek Talent, and social media
  • Sourcing, screening, and conducting in-depth candidate interviews
  • Advertising vacancies on Seek, LinkedIn, Broadbean, and managing responses
  • Conducting detailed references on all shortlisted candidates
  • Work strategically with the team to identify and implement talent attraction strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all interviewed candidates

Requirements

  • Previous recruitment experience is essential
  • Excellent English speaking and written skills
  • For sponsorship applicants, you must have 5 years of experience in recruitment or a relevant bachelor degree with 2-3 years' experience in recruitment
