The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Talent Sourcing Manager to join our team in Melbourne or Sydney. As a trusted advisor, you will lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, providing expert strategy planning, support, and delivery to GroupM's agency portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver a Talent Acquisition plan that showcases in-depth understanding of business needs, wants, expectations, and idiosyncrasies.
- Develop and execute effective, strategic hiring plans for critical roles with enterprise-wide impact.
- Research and implement new ways of working, processes, and technologies to build the talent pipeline across each agency.
- Guide leaders to take greater accountability for engaging diverse talent and ensure a focus on DEI within talent practices.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience working as a senior talent consultant within an in-house talent acquisition/recruitment function, ideally from a media background.
- A proven track record of dealing with high volumes of roles and ability to multitask, prioritize, and deal with ambiguity in a complex matrix structure.
- Highly solutions-driven, adaptable, possessing a strong growth mindset, and loves data, speed, and accuracy.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney, with an expectation of 2/3 days per week in the office.
