Customer Engagement Specialist

The Customer Engagement Specialist role is a dynamic opportunity to excel in sales and customer service. This position involves proactively engaging with customers through various channels, including phone calls, in-person visits, and video meetings.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • - Conduct outbound sales activities to generate new business opportunities.

  • Customer Relationship Building:
  • - Develop strong relationships with existing customers through quote follow-ups, product support, and timely responses.
  • Market Knowledge:
  • - Stay up-to-date on customer trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling:
  • - Identify opportunities to sell additional products or services to existing customers.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • - Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and share market insights.

  • Valid driver's licence (required for customer visits).
