Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Residential Lending team in the capacity of Customer Engagement Specialist.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with residential lending customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
This involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities to increase market share and revenue growth, while working closely with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service and support.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers. They will also be highly motivated, results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
