Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver business outcomes and drive cultural transformation
  • Partner with senior leaders to align local needs with global goals and shape organizational strategy
  • Coach and advise leaders on complex people challenges, team dynamics, and leadership growth
  • Oversee employee lifecycle management, ensuring seamless experiences from onboarding to performance, rewards, and engagement
Requirements

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader with:

  • 8+ years' progressive HR generalist or business partnering experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a senior role and people leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • Proven success partnering with teams in global and matrixed environments
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, modern awards, and compliance
