- Partner with senior leaders to align local needs with global goals and shape organizational strategy
- Coach and advise leaders on complex people challenges, team dynamics, and leadership growth
- Oversee employee lifecycle management, ensuring seamless experiences from onboarding to performance, rewards, and engagement
We are seeking a seasoned HR leader with:
- 8+ years' progressive HR generalist or business partnering experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a senior role and people leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Proven success partnering with teams in global and matrixed environments
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, modern awards, and compliance
