This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and strategic leader to join our organisation in a newly created position. As the head of culture and people, you will be responsible for driving cultural transformation, developing and implementing a people strategy that supports business objectives, and leading a team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a people strategy that aligns with the organisation's vision and goals
- Lead cultural transformation initiatives to drive engagement, retention, and productivity
- Build and lead a high-performing team of HR professionals who can provide expert advice and support to employees and leaders
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement talent management strategies that drive organisational growth and success
- Manage employee relations, including performance management, remuneration, and organisational change strategies
- Provide thought leadership on culture development, wellbeing, learning and development, and people systems/processes
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and experience in people and culture. You will be a collaborative and influential leader who can build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
