Job Title: Culture & People Leader

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and strategic leader to join our organisation in a newly created position. As the head of culture and people, you will be responsible for driving cultural transformation, developing and implementing a people strategy that supports business objectives, and leading a team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a people strategy that aligns with the organisation's vision and goals
  • Lead cultural transformation initiatives to drive engagement, retention, and productivity
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of HR professionals who can provide expert advice and support to employees and leaders
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement talent management strategies that drive organisational growth and success
  • Manage employee relations, including performance management, remuneration, and organisational change strategies
  • Provide thought leadership on culture development, wellbeing, learning and development, and people systems/processes
