About the Role:

You'll be part of our diverse and progressive People and Culture team that continuously evolves to support our company's growth. In this truly generalist role, you'll report to our Group Head of People & Culture and partner with client groups of IT, Finance, and Compliance & Risk in a fast-paced matrix environment.

You'll play a vital role in our largest tech transformation in history while contributing to global P&C initiatives and working with team members across other regions.

With a flat hierarchy and direct access to senior leaders, you'll have the opportunity to be proactive, drive outcomes through strong communication, and build genuine relationships.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Partnering with client groups and driving P&C cyclical operations and initiatives.
  • Using data to drive business outcomes through effective organizational design, change leadership, and talent management.
  • Working with Talent Acquisition specialists, managers, and vendor partners to support best hiring outcomes.
  • Researching, creating, organizing, and implementing global people initiatives, marketing important dates, and assisting with events as needed.
  • Assisting your P&C team members in solving problems, implementing improvements, and delivering an amazing employee experience.
  • Guiding, coaching, directing, and influencing leaders to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Creating and updating P&C information and documentation, and undertaking communications at different levels through various channels.

Our ideal candidate has previous P&C generalist experience, preferably in a growth/start-up, tech, or fast-paced environment. Previous recruitment experience or exposure is also valuable.

Essential skills include navigating employee relations issues, guiding stakeholders through change, and influencing outcomes. You should also have excellent communication skills, including the ability to craft high-quality HR documentation and present information in different formats to a range of audiences.
