A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
As the People and Culture Manager, you will lead and implement Acquire BPO's strategy to drive HR Policy and Process to drive efficiencies an all aspects of HR operations including Process and Policy efficiencies, Workday process improvement programs and coordination of Global Employee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish policies and best practices for the organization, while developing and implementing efficient People and Culture processes in collaboration with the local P&C and recruitment teams at Acquire.
- Manage the team members at our head office on Queens Road in Australia, including the Executive team and specialized recruiting for our headquarters in multiple markets.
- Coordinate global People Engagement initiatives in collaboration with other markets and teams in the Acquire network.
- Oversee performance management and ensure personnel compliance for full-time headquarters staff.
- Drive organizational development through effective performance management, global people engagement programs, and HR operational efficiency projects to enhance the effectiveness of Acquire's P&C and recruitment teams.
- Lead the development and execution of employee engagement and retention strategies, plans, and initiatives.
- Develop and consolidate a set of Global P&C Policies for Acquire BPO with market and country input.
- Provide tools and guidelines to support the implementation of policies and procedures, including the optimization of our current HCM, Workday, across all locations.
- Collaborate with Executive Management, Operations Directors and Managers, HR team, Learning and Development Team, and other stakeholders to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Undertake other HR-related tasks and initiatives as assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Experience in optimizing processes and HR practices and policies to drive organizational efficiencies.
- Knowledge and experience in coordinating Employee Engagement activities to minimize turnover and promote a safe and healthy work environment.
- Experience in implementing and optimizing Workday (Acquire BPO's current HCM system).
- Ability to influence and build credibility at all levels and establish collaborative working relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, decentralized, and geographically diverse organizational structure.
- Strong strategic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and proactive attitude.
- Significant experience in contact center operations.
- Meticulous attention to detail and responsiveness.
- A drive to succeed in a growing organization.
