Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled AV Technician to join our team and play a pivotal role in operating and maintaining our night walk attraction.

About the Role

You will be overseeing the management and upkeep of the attraction to ensure all zones run smoothly for each daily operation. Your technical expertise will extend across the Sanctuary, where you'll handle a variety of AV systems, assisting with installations, maintenance, and upgrades.

  • Expertise with lighting and DMX programming, show cue programming.
  • Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot various AV systems.
  • Equipment maintenance and repairs, soldering skills highly regarded.
  • Ability and interest in troubleshooting and resolution of multi-system problems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have proved experience in AV installation and operations and knowledge of control systems and automation is highly desired. You will also require;

- A valid driver's license is required and additional certifications such as rigging tickets or EWP (Elevating Work Platform) licenses are highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
