We are seeking an experienced Surveillance Digital Specialist to join our team. As a Surveillance Digital Specialist, you will play a critical role in protecting our assets and people by utilizing the latest surveillance and security technology.

The ideal candidate will have experience with enterprise CCTV and access control systems, as well as installation, servicing, and commissioning experience with Gallagher, Honeywell EBI, and Avigilon VMS. They will also possess strong understanding of relevant statutory regulations and reporting requirements, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with business and departmental policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve faults, maintenance requests, and equipment failures with the Surveillance CCTV system and other associated Surveillance systems
  • Provide technical support and training to operational teams using any surveillance managed systems
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to CCTV cameras and systems, including hardware replacement programs
  • Assist with system updates throughout projects to reflect the operational layout of the system
  • Assist the Surveillance leadership team with various projects, ensuring timely completion
Requirements:
  • Experience with enterprise CCTV and access control systems
  • Installation/Servicing/Commissioning experience with Gallagher, Honeywell EBI, Avigilon VMS
  • Certification in CCTV Installation or Security Equipment (highly regarded)
  • Experience with IP Networking, Windows Administration (Active Directory), Electronic repairs, and fault finding
  • Strong understanding of relevant statutory regulations and reporting requirements
  • Ability to ensure compliance with business and departmental policies and procedures
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Currently hold or ability to obtain a KE (Key Employee) license
