Defence Force Healthcare Specialist
We are seeking a qualified Nurse Officer to join our team as a Defence Force Healthcare Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the Australian Defence Force (ADF).
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting telephone screenings and in-person preliminary medical assessments, accurately documenting findings in electronic health records, reviewing online medical histories, and completing medical file reviews and archival record management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with minimum 3 years' broad clinical experience in a health system comparable to Australia;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail and documentation accuracy;
- Proficiency with electronic health records and ICT systems;
- Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain an AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance.
