Marketing Strategist Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven marketing and influencer strategist to lead campaign execution, drive brand growth, and manage influencer partnerships.

  • Define, create, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  • Analyze and identify the best content promotion trends to recommend key strategies for reaching customers and driving sales traffic.
  • Handle the end-to-end process of the influencer marketing strategist, including approaching suitable KOLs/Influencers, creating and presenting briefs, and reviewing their performance.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and maintain a recognizable, up-to-date, and exciting brand image.
  • Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns, working closely with product development and business development teams.
  • Supervise advertising, product design, and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
  • Plan and execute beauty-related events, product launches, and influencer collaborations.
  • Manage KOL/Influencer seeding for campaigns to create brand awareness and publicity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or influencer/KOL management (beauty industry experience is a strong plus).
  • Strong experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end: sourcing, briefing, negotiating, tracking performance.
  • Familiarity with beauty/lifestyle industry trends, especially on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
