Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

This is a broad role that involves collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager, Directors and Sales team on growth activities.

  • Email Marketing & CRM Management: Draft, automate, and optimise EDM campaigns and journeys, including segmentation, triggers, EDM performance reporting, and lifecycle communications.
  • Performance Marketing & Paid Optimisation: Manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google Display/SEM, and REA and Domain property platforms, including creative rollout, audience targeting, and implementation and management of campaigns with digital agencies.
  • Consolidate and analyse performance across paid, organic, EDM, CRM, and web channels using analytics and CRM tools.

Key Requirements:

  • Circa 3+ years digital marketing experience.
  • Experience leveraging Meta Ads Manager, Sanity Studio (CMS), PipeDrive CRM/EDM platforms, and Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console.
