Lead national and local campaigns that bring Adore Beauty to life in-store and in the community.
13th August, 2025Are you a well-rounded retail marketer who thrives on variety, mixing big-picture brand campaigns with hands-on local execution? We're looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to help bring Adore Beauty to life across our store network, from high-impact national campaigns and media partnerships to local activations that connect with communities.
This role has real scope, combining local area marketing with media agency management, campaign coordination and brand storytelling. You'll work closely with our Head of Brand and Head of Acquisition & Loyalty to shape how our marketing strategy comes to life across channels, locations and customer touchpoints.
About the Role
You'll take ownership of marketing campaigns across both national and local levels. One week you might be briefing our media agency on an integrated campaign across radio, out of home and digital; the next, you could be finalising a store launch event, refining a marketing calendar or tailoring a seasonal promotion for regional audiences.
Your work will span the full campaign lifecycle, including planning, briefing, execution and reporting, ensuring every initiative is aligned to our brand and delivers measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for new store openings, refurbishments, key trade periods and national brand moments
- Manage media agency relationships across radio, print, out of home and digital
- Partner with store teams and area managers to identify and activate local opportunities
- Coordinate in-store events, community sponsorships and local influencer activity
- Localise national campaigns for metro, regional and rural audiences
- Maintain and coordinate the marketing calendar to ensure cross-team alignment
- Report on campaign performance and share actionable insights to optimise future activity
- Manage campaign budgets and suppliers across multiple concurrent projects

You're strategic, commercially aware and love balancing creativity with execution. You know how to translate brand strategy into campaigns that drive both awareness and store performance. You're equally confident briefing a media agency, managing an activation on site or collaborating with cross-functional teams to hit deadlines.
You understand the retail marketing mix across traditional media, digital channels, events and partnerships, and you know how to adapt messaging for different markets. Most importantly, you enjoy variety and see the value in blending national brand impact with local community connection.
You bring:
- 5+ years' experience in marketing, ideally in a retail or multi-site environment
- Proven success in local area marketing and community-driven campaigns
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- A track record of executing across multiple channels (digital, in-store, print, events)
- Experience managing media agencies and campaign budgets
- Ability to travel and work across multiple store locations
- 40% staff discount
- Paid parental leave for all parents (12 weeks)
- Birthday leave + Wellbeing Week (6 extra leave days per year)
- Hybrid working with a supportive, friendly team
- The chance to make this role your own in a growing ASX-listed business
Founded in 2000, Adore Beauty has grown from a small garage start-up to an ASX-listed beauty powerhouse. With 300+ global brands and 20,000+ products, we're driven by our mission to make beauty accessible to all. Our unique culture is built on collaboration, a positive approach, and a commitment to doing the right thing.
We're looking for someone who's curious, collaborative and ready to make an impact. If you're excited by the idea of working across teams, building strong local connections and bringing smart ideas to life on the ground, we'd love to hear from you. Apply For Job
