About the Role

As a Senior Digital Advertising Specialist, you'll take the reins across performance marketing campaigns – focusing on strategy, hands-on SEM execution, analysis and ongoing optimisation. You'll work closely with a diverse range of clients, driving real results aligned to their business goals and KPIs.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own SEM strategy and execution for a portfolio of clients
  • Analyse performance data and develop data-led campaign improvements
  • Create compelling reports and deliver insights that drive ROI
  • Lead testing initiatives, A/B strategy and performance recommendations
  • Stay on top of SEM trends and platform innovations

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years' experience in a digital media or PPC-focused role
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort with data platforms
  • Experience managing end-to-end Google Ads / SEM campaigns
  • Excellent client communication and presentation skills
  • A genuine passion for digital advertising and media performance
