Marketing Campaign Manager

A Marketing Specialist is required to manage UGG marketing campaigns across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute localized brand presentations for review by the UGG parent company.
- Ensure compliance and quality control of creative materials, including corporate and visual identity.
- Execute on global GTM strategies across digital and retail channels.
- Plan, manage, and post social media content in line with the GTM strategy.
- Manage localized UGG Instagram and WeChat channel strategies.
- Deliver on predetermined Instagram follower growth KPIs.
- Implement Visual Merchandising (VM) in line with global brand directives.
- Develop best practices in VM/POS for UGG retail.
- Develop assets and activations for new store openings and product launches.
- Brief and create content for organic and paid media channels.
- Collaborate on paid campaigns with internal performance marketing teams.
- Manage communication with external Chinese Social Agency.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in a Marketing or related role.
- Previous experience in a global brand marketing position.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of graphic fundamentals and photography.
- Basic knowledge of design software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
