We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to support our team of leaders in the Aged Care sector. The successful candidate will contribute to the workforce leadership team, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and promote a positive environment and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to efficient day-to-day management tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with recruitment advisors to facilitate the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
  • Promote a positive work environment by demonstrating effective communication, interpersonal skills, and peer support.
  • Model conflict resolution, communication, and positive behaviour management skills.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Human Services or a related field.
  • Australian drivers license.
  • Demonstrated leadership or aged care experience.
  • Proficiency in using various software programs and computer systems.
  • High level communication, liaison, negotiation and mediation skills.
  • Strong coordination, leadership and peer support skills.
