We're seeking a passionate Clinical Care Manager to join our leadership team

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will:

  • Lead, mentor and support our nursing and care team
  • Ensure compliance with aged care standards and accreditation
  • Drive clinical excellence and continuous improvement
  • Partner with residents, families, and health professionals to achieve the best outcomes
  • Lead with Purpose. Care with Passion.

About You

You're an experienced aged care leader with:

  • Current AHPRA registration as an RN
  • Previous clinical management or senior nursing experience
  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring and communication skills
  • A genuine commitment to person-centered care
