**About the Role**

Skilled Care are reaching out to the Canberra area to see who would be interested in undertaking a traineeship in Aged Care.

We have multiple potential clients who are on the lookout for their new Trainee. If you have no experience don't worry, Skilled Care can help put you through a traineeship in Certificate 3 Aged Care and Individual Support.

Whether you are changing careers or ready for your first job as an aged care trainee, we support you in developing all the skills and expertise you need to work as a qualified aged care worker across Australia.

**Aged Care Traineeship**

With the Skilled Care Traineeships program, you work and study towards a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) and earn while you learn, so you can support yourself during your studies while getting hands-on experience.

**MUST have or be willing to obtain**:

- Must be a permanent resident or Australian Citizen
- Reliable Car and Drivers licence
- Covid Vaccinations
- Police Check (willing to obtain)

**Demonstrated Skills & Experience in**:

- Working with people
- Meeting customer expectations
- Following instructions & procedures
- Planning & organising
- Enjoying customer service and caring for people

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Goulburn, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
