The Department of Health and Aged Care is seeking a leader who can develop and lead a team, establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and lead complex change processes. As the First Nations Aged Care Commissioner, you will be responsible for ensuring the aged care system is culturally safe and accessible for First Nations peoples.

You will work closely with First Nations peoples, communities, and stakeholders to understand their care and support needs, identify opportunities for regional and cross-sector responses, and contribute to improvements for First Nations peoples across all tiers of the aged care system.
