About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Corporate Support Specialist to join our Emerging Corporate Team in Australia.

As a key member of our team, you'll partner with a Relationship Manager to support a portfolio of Diversified customers in all aspects of customer service, compliance, processes, system, and governance.

This role offers a unique opportunity to maintain a well-managed portfolio compliant with all relevant policies and procedures.

You'll have the chance to:

  • Maintain control of workflows across all compliance and customer fulfilment processes
  • Act in the best interest of the customer and apply a customer-centric approach
  • Proactively develop and maintain a detailed understanding of customer business and financial needs
  • Provide appropriate solutions towards account maintenance and simple customer requests
  • Support the management of a portfolio of Diversified Industries customers
  • Collaborate with Product Partners and other stakeholders to fulfil customer needs
  • Engage diversified teams when required
Key Responsibilities
  • Data analysis: Collecting, profiling, and analysing data to translate into meaningful insights to inform business decisions and deliver customer solutions
  • Credit Analysis: Assessing a customer's ability to fulfill their credit obligations, considering both qualitative and quantitative factors such as character, capital, capacity to repay, collateral (security), and conditions
  • Fulfilment: Executing end-to-end processes or parts thereof to achieve a customer or end-user outcome
  • Relationship management: Building, maintaining, and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
What You'll Need
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in banking or finance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
