Product Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Product Specialist at our organization. As a Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our CRM module.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and provide solutions to complex issues
  • Deliver high-quality customer service through second-line support
  • Develop requirements for new features and functionality
  • Analyze existing functionality and recommend areas for improvement
  • Document supporting content and release notes
  • Analyze and document business processes
  • Identify and evaluate inefficiencies, and recommend optimal business practices and system functionality/behavior
  • Participate in product development reviews (UAT/QA) for software fixes and new features
  • Collaborate with customers and development teams throughout the lifecycle of new features
