About the Role

Our team is seeking a skilled Product Specialist to join our dynamic software development environment. As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in building solutions for core logistics challenges.

This exciting opportunity allows you to work closely with our talented software development teams on technical projects. You will engage deeply with internal and external stakeholders, delivering impactful work that drives real-world change.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Engage with customers to understand pain points and translate them into high-level design/solution documents.
  • - Provide timely support to customer incidents and issues.
  • - Collaborate with software development teams to design concrete solutions.
  • - Assist in aligning the product roadmap with company priorities and manage/update the product enhancements backlog based on priorities.
  • - Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the product meets functional objectives.
  • - Contribute to product documentation.
  • - Work closely with the Product Manager in setting up the product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
Requirements

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need strong logistics experience, depth of logistics knowledge, and technical expertise. Additionally, you must possess excellent communication skills to bridge business needs and technical specifications.

  • - Strong logistics experience in areas such as warehousing, domestic transport, or freight forwarding.
