
High Performing Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic team leader to join our service delivery team. As a planning and scheduling team leader, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the scheduling team to schedule customer-driven work based on resource skills and availability, while meeting performance KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operations of the scheduling team to ensure optimal delivery of services.
- Update, create, and implement new workflows and processes to optimize the scheduling team's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and support schedulers to foster a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer service and meets functional KPIs.
- Track and monitor scheduling performance against key performance indicators.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the scheduling team's efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in scheduling and developing scheduling tools and systems in a customer-focused environment. You will also need to have experience in leading a team to meet best service delivery outcomes for clients and have proven experience in mentoring and developing workers to achieve high standards.
