Experienced Sales Manager
Job Description:As a highly skilled sales professional, you will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the boutique. This includes overseeing staffing, sales, payroll, inventory management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage rosters for all areas of the boutique
- Monitor and review operational reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure smooth set up and set down processes, meeting company requirements
- Send daily reports to management, ensuring accurate financial records
- Manage stock processing, including incoming/outgoing, transfers, returns, and customer service inventory levels
- Address problems impacting boutique service, efficiency, and productivity
- Track performance statistics for sales employees
- Oversee organization, replenishment, and storage of backup stock, visual merchandising materials, product packaging, instruction booklets, and warranties
Sales & Service Management:
- Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded
- Maintain high service standards among all boutique employees, utilizing the OMEGA sales ceremony
- Develop and maintain a client database through demonstrated sales performance
- Open and close the boutique independently
- Manage client relationships, including VIP clients
- Foster local clientele relationships
Leadership & People Management:
- Motivate employees to optimize performance
- Monitor employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Recommend training needs for sales employees
- Conduct regular performance reviews with employees
- Approve leave requests, ensuring service standards are maintained
Learning & Development:
- Implement agreed-upon training programs for employees
- Execute E-Learning requirements, ensuring completion of all modules
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the OMEGA brand and products
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail, preferably with staff management experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration an advantage
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proven customer service and relationship-building skills
- Good computer literacy and time management skills
- Team player with energy, drive, and enthusiasm
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
- Visual merchandising flair
