Our organization seeks an exceptional Administration Team Leader to oversee the administration team, ensuring timely and coordinated patient appointment times and effective reception services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with a strong ability to lead by example and model our organizational values.
About this RoleThis key position is responsible for collaborating with the Administration Manager to ensure efficient administrative processes. Additionally, the Administration Team Leader will provide supervision and training to the administration team, process Medicare and private billing, maintain accuracy in patient medical records, and adhere to privacy standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient appointment times and reception services
- Supervise and train the administration team
- Process billing and maintain accurate patient records
- Ensure adherence to accreditation standards
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Experience leading a team in a healthcare environment (desirable)
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (favourable)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team environment
- Prior knowledge of training and development programs
