We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane, QLD.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and accurate administrative support, including electronic filing, data entry, and maintenance of databases.
- Register valuations jobs and create files according to established protocols.
- Prepare and format valuation reports to a high standard.
- Respond to client enquiries on behalf of valuation teams.
- Maintain and update office systems, procedures, and processes.
- Support multiple team members and undertake tasks on behalf of the Director and other Administrators as required.
This role requires previous experience in a similar administration role, with real estate or valuation experience being ideal. The successful candidate will possess excellent time management and organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills are also required.
