We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to support our growing business operations. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in office management, who enjoys ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily office operations and act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and document management with accuracy and discretion
- Support HR and finance processes including timesheets, leave records, and expense tracking
- Coordinate logistics such as travel bookings, meeting schedules, and supplier communications
- Maintain an organised office environment, ensuring efficiency and professionalism
- 5+ years' proven experience in office administration or executive support
- Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and professional reliability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and business systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with maturity and professionalism
