About the Role

The Compliance Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Compliance Team to ensure the onboarding and ongoing compliance of companies and subcontractors. This includes facilitating accreditation, insurances, inductions, and OH&S requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage operational activities related to nbn SPOC for sub-contractors.
  • Understand and process changes to compliance via the Governance process to ensure alignment with Australian Industry standards.
  • Attend operational stand-ups to drive prioritization, mitigate risk, and escalate activities through internal and external relations.
  • Assist operational and development teams to ensure reporting requirements are met.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of client-based reporting.
  • Attend training on required applications.
  • Develop effective working relationships with internal and external parties.
  • Communicate professionally and up to date.
  • Support procurement activities for Operational projects and services.
  • Operate in line with Service Stream Core Values.
  • Collaborate with Operational Support Services management to ensure knowledge, impacts, and delivery strategy are aligned.

About You

We seek an individual with demonstrated knowledge and experience in:
  • Compliance/project coordination.
  • Experience working in an operational team with structured processes.
  • Excellent computer skills.
This role is based in Melbourne and requires a permanent, full-time commitment.
