
Sales Director and Customer Experience Manager

Director Sales & Customer Success
Role and Responsibilities:- Manage the customer success managers in the region to maximize customer retention and engagement.
- Work with customer success managers to drive net expansion and upsells into our customer base.
- Act as an individual contributor in selling new logo business in the region, eventually hiring.
- Implement best practices for measuring and improving customer sentiment and health through collaboration with other teams.
- Implement and manage the sales process in the region.
- Ensure accurate forecasting of new logo, upsell, and customer churn in the region.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, advocacy, career development, and performance management for team members.
- Partner with marketing teams to ensure demand generation.
- Work closely with partners to drive upsell and customer retention.
- Proven experience achieving quota for new customers and/or existing customers roles for a SaaS provider.
- 5+ years experience in a SaaS customer success and/or sales role.
- Experience selling business intelligence data and analysis/insight to analytical buyers.
- Strength in managing customer relationships at a strategic level.
- Ability to work with partners in a team selling environment.
- Proven ability to understand and apply sales methodologies.
- Significant experience selling into and maintaining strong relationships at a senior level within Fortune 500 companies.
- Genuine customer empathy.
- Desirable skills include using Hubspot, Zoom Info, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong.
- Understanding of enterprise applications for Artificial Intelligence, threat-monitoring, or threat intelligence services.
