Maintenance Operations Coordinator

Our water cycle management is critical to protect Melbourne's ecosystem.
We deliver high-quality services to over five million residents and wildlife in Melbourne.
This role will be based at our Brooklyn office, reporting to the Planning and Scheduling Lead NW.
About the JobYou'll play a key part in scheduling maintenance activities by coordinating with delivery and operational teams at Melbourne Water.
Key responsibilities include reviewing, triaging, and managing service requests and planned maintenance work efficiently.
You'll also ensure continuous improvement in delivering service outcomes and productivity while working collaboratively with Operational Teams to achieve customer, regulatory, and financial objectives.
- Effective time management skills and experience using systems to improve delivery output.
- Industrial experience within maintenance systems and processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to establish a common understanding.
- Proven stakeholder management and engagement.
- Ability to pass a Criminal Records check and AusCheck.
- Valid Victorian Drivers Licence.
