Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage building and equipment maintenance schedules, coordinate reactive and preventative maintenance activities, liaise with contractors, landlords, and internal teams, support sustainability initiatives and health, safety, security, and environmental compliance, deliver outstanding customer service to site users and guests, and provide input into budgeting and vendor performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize building and equipment maintenance schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Coordinate proactive and reactive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maintain optimal facility condition.
  • Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of maintenance tasks.
  • Support the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives and health, safety, security, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to site users and guests, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations for budgeting and vendor performance optimization.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities and maintenance coordination.
  • Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet service level agreements.
  • Diploma in facilities management or trade qualification preferred.
