Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to oversee operational workflows, manage maintenance activities and ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain regular communication with vendors, internal teams, field technicians and clients ensuring smooth workflow coordination.
  2. Process maintenance documents related to workflow and record-keeping for the operations department.
  3. Administer contracts for the operations department, reviewing and maintaining contract management plans.
  4. Assist with onboarding new personnel and coordinate site travel arrangements as required.
  5. Coordinate procurement of site-related equipment and fleet management services.
  6. Ensure all business activities are performed with high ethical standards and compliance with relevant regulations.
