Job Overview
Facilities Coordinator RoleWe are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties across Victoria and Tasmania.
Your primary focus will be on overseeing maintenance, safety, and functionality. This will involve conducting site visits to ensure compliance with standards, coordinating contractors for repairs and maintenance, and engaging with stakeholders to manage relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular site visits to monitor maintenance and safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors to arrange repairs and maintenance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and legislation
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Proven experience in facilities coordination and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of building codes, OHS legislation, and safety regulations
