Job Title: Portfolio Growth Specialist
OverviewThis role focuses on driving growth across a portfolio, delivering excellent customer service and high service standards.
The OpportunityAs a key member of the Qnect AR team, you will partner with a network of Authorised Representatives to profitably grow the business and meet sales and growth targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
- Establishing and developing good working relationships with Authorised Representatives in your assigned portfolio.
- Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively promoting and supporting the Authorised Representatives and our products & services.
- Reviewing existing portfolios and recommending strategies for increased growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a BDM/Account Manager.
- Outstanding Customer Service and Relationship Building skills.
- Leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to lead by influence with Brokers and Underwriters.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment by supporting and developing team members.
