About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Treasury Sales Vice President to join our Global Payments Solutions team at Bank of America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the Financial Institutions Group, providing them with innovative treasury solutions that meet their evolving needs.

With a strong focus on client satisfaction and growth, you will work closely with our Corporate Bankers, Regional and Global GPS Colleagues, and other business partners to identify sales opportunities and provide expert advice on treasury and trade solutions. Your ability to build strong internal networks and partnerships will be essential in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a strong client portfolio in line with Bank of America's strategy
  • Manage and grow revenues from existing clients
  • Partner with Corporate Bankers and other business partners to consult on sales opportunities and provide expert advice on treasury and trade solutions
  • Pitch alongside Corporate Bankers as a specialist on treasury, trade, and liquidity products
  • Identify client needs and work closely with internal partners to structure adequate solutions
  • Manage and support RFP processes for specialist products
  • Ensure timely resolution of GPS relationship-sensitive client servicing issues
Requirements
  • At least 3+ years of relevant banking experience
  • Good working knowledge of and exposure to the Financial Institutions Group, including banks, non-banks, and government segments
  • Knowledge and/or exposure to Cash Management products and services, with familiarity towards credit, trade, and foreign exchange
  • Demonstrated track record in developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships
  • Excellent organization skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
